My routine fell apart this week.

Mid-Autumn. Half-term. A few days of staycation with the kids.
Logistics, planning, public holidays, late nights. The kind of week that leaves little room for structure — and normally would’ve thrown me off balance.

For the past few months, since stepping away from full-time work, routine has been the thing keeping me anchored. Morning workouts. Journaling. Meditation.
Those small, repeatable acts have helped me stay mentally steady and focused when everything else feels uncertain.
